Shirts in stock will be done within 14 business days and shipped out. Unless specified otherwise, the shirts are shipped via ground delivery. Ground takes about 8 days or less. Expedited shipping is available and we will be glad to follow your requests for shipping.

Shipping via US Postal Service is the most economic way. There are other carriers that we like to use who offer superior service at reduced prices. Just let us know when you need your shirts by and rest easy.

We have experts who have been in the printing business for 20 years. They will fix any issues that comes up and will even contact you if changes are required.

There are a number of free graphic designs available on our gallery. There are also premium designs available by Tony DeBoom from Endurance Conspiracy. These premium designs will cost an extra 30 cents per shirt but they are worth it. You can also use the browse option to upload a design of your own.

Yes. Just let us know what you would like done. The graphic designers cost $60 per hour. . Please contact us if you are interested in design assistance. Tony DeBoom and the Endurance Conspiracy is available for graphic design consultation and custom work

Merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchange if you ordered the wrong size, or if your purchase just does not fit properly. Send it back to us to credit your original order for the return and a new order will be billed. All refunds will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase. For screened shirts, because the shirts we print are generally custom made for each order, we do not accept returns unless we make a mistake on the order. If we do make a mistake, we will gladly re-print your order or discount your invoice

Before you return an item(s):

• - Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase in new and unworn condition and in the original packaging.
• - All returns/exchanges must include your original receipt (pack list) contained in your package indicating which items you are returning and a brief note describing the reason for the return.
• - Returns/Exchanges received without the original receipt (pack list) contained in your package will not be processed.
• - Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• - Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• - A 15% restocking fees applies to all returns of three or more items.
• - Runners Reward does not accept hand deliveries.

We are not responsible for lost packages in transit; therefore, we recommend that you ship your return back via an insured carrier service that provide a tracking number with the package (i.e. UPS, FedEx or USPS with Delivery or Signature Confirmation). We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Please be aware that exchanges and returns can take 8-14 days to be processed. Credit card companies vary in the time it takes for your credit to appear on your monthly statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

Your shirts will ship to you 14 working days after you place your order unless you request faster service.. If you need our artist to do some special design work for you it may take a little longer and please factor that into your order request. We'll contact you if anything will delay your order.

No problem. We're experts at meeting deadlines. In some cases we have produced shirts and had them delivered the same day. If you are in a bind just contact us and we'll help any way we can. Of course expedited shipping may cost a little extra, but who wants to tell the boss we forgot to order the shirts for the company picnic

Shipping charges apply, Standard shipping will be by USPS or UPS Ground unless otherwise requested.

Our designer places a lower resolution image on the shirt as a placeholder for you to move around. Don't worry. We won't print something you won't be happy with. Our artists will check the file you upload and make sure it will print with perfect quality. If there are any problems with the file you provide we?ll contact you and get it fixed. Please try to always upload EPS/vector files — this file type has the highest resolution for screen printing as opposed to jpeg.

We sure can. We have a staff of very talented T-shirt designers. Save your design and contact us with what you would like to see changed. We'll make any changes you need and send you a proof. We can do everything from simple changes to full blown designs. Just let us know what you need. You're going to love it!

Just save your design and e-mail us a list of the names and numbers you need. We'll get right back to you with a proof of your shirts with the team names.

Just e-mail us the logos you have. Setting up the sponsors online is tough. Let one of our artists do all the work. We'll send you a proof when everything is ready.

When you're done designing click on the shopping cart tab. Just add the quantities you need and a total will calculate automatically. Remember the more shirts you order the lower the price per shirt will be. If you need pricing on a product not listed on the designer just give us a call. We have thousands of different apparel items to fit your needs.

You bet! We know you'll be happy with our products and printing. However if for any reason you are not happy with the way your shirts look, just give us a call. We either rush some new shirts right out to you or give you your money back. You tell us what we need to do to make it right.

Unfortunately once your shirts are printed we cannot exchange them for a different size. If you are unsure of what size you need, let us know. We can send you some blank samples to check sizing before we print them.

We sure do. Our embroidery department is second to none. If you need an embroidered hat, polo shirts, or anything else we can do it. Just contact us with what you need and we'll get started right away on your order.
